优化支持 业主缴费明显表 系统是把业主的缴周期性费用平均分配给每个月； 这个在财务上面是说不过去的，比如 我6月份来缴费1年的物业费；实际情况是 1--6月份的物业费都算成为6月份的收入，系统是平均分12个月，这样核算下来是 每个月核算本月物业费 前面以后核算过的月份也会发生变化；
